A 36 year-old Cinderford man seen using his hand-held mobile phone while driving on the M5 has been ordered to pay £200 in fines and surcharges and his licence has been endorsed with six penalty points.
Karl Davies of Steam Mills Road admitted using the phone while driving a Renault Megane as he approached junction 9 of the motorway at Tewkesbury on 15th March this year.
The court said the £143 fine and £57 surcharge must be paid by November 22nd.
