PRIZES were awarded to some of the Forest's best photographers for a range of striking photographs – some reproduced here.
At the annual Forest of Dean Camera Club awards there were a total of 13 prizes up for grabs. Newcomer, Anna Fellows from Blakeney, won the Mary Weech Rose Bowl with 'Frosty Trees'. In the monochrome section Chris Fairweather from Yorkley – whose photos you'll see in the Review's sports pages today – won the Howson Cup with 'Steve'
In digital projected images, Terry Wall from Coalway, won the Conway Trophy. Best human portrait was by Wendy Conway from Coalway, with 'Nearly There'.
Best creative digital print went to Ron Beddis. Among other awards, Barry Jones was named Photographer of the Year winning the Terry Wall Award.
