A MOTOR cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of a road traffic collision on the A48 near Westbury-on-Severn on Sunday (September 24.)
A police spokesperson said: “Gloucestershire Constabulary was called at 12.14pm on Sunday following reports of a serious road traffic collision on the A48 between Newnham and Minsterworth near Westbury-on-Severn.
“A black motorcycle, driven by a 28-year-old man from Minsterworth collided with a horse-box driven by a 54-year-old woman from Dursley. His next of kin have been informed.
“The driver of the horsebox was uninjured,” he added.
Witnesses should call 101 quoting incident number 224 of September 24.
