A Forest of Dean takeaway has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Bombay Kitchen, a takeaway at 1 Church Street, Newent, Gloucestershire was given the minimum score after assessment on April 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of the Forest of Dean's 57 takeaways with ratings, 49 have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
