FOR the last 12 months Cllr Graham Morgan has been chairman of Glou­cestershire County Council.

During that time Graham has displayed all the qualities of humour, courtesy, political neutrality, compassion, control, common-sense and more in what at times can be very trying ‘full on’ council meetings.

For me, as Lydney county councillor, it has been a privilege to see Graham impeccably handle the role.

The Forest of Dean, Cinderford and the Monkey Tump should be proud of him.
