AM I alone in my cynical view of politicians?
Your report of the Forest District Council "Don't vote, won't get!" Our Forest of Dean has already been sold off; the justification and appeal procedure is a myth, why should we have to justify change from their proposals? Let the perpetrators justify their actions to us!
Their Peers denigrate politicians who pander to the popular vote. Can we apply our votes towards capital punishment, european union, immigration, and the two latest wars; selling nationalised companies the list is considerable.
Is there anyone out there who thinks that his or her vote will make one iota of a difference? Politicians will decide once more that which is good for us.
As a country we possess the most capable of persons who become politicians and there it ends. Their problem is egoism, whom should they represent? Unfortunately self is their nearest companion.
What an unfortunate attitude to take? Why am I using my time to criticise the system? Because I care.
