BRIDE Wars couple, Natalie and Andrew Smith, have won their dream honeymoon in a bank holiday TV showdown.
The Bream couple who have been sworn to secrecy since the filming on April 1, will now be jetting off to the Maldives courtesy of Living TV's 'Four Weddings' programme.
The show, which sells itself as 'Four brides battling it out to win their dream honeymoon', pits each of the brides against each other, scoring each wedding for venue, food, dress and overall experience.
The finale is filmed at an aircraft hanger in Oxfordshire where the brides and grooms are kept strictly separate.
Andrew revealed the grooms all know who the winner is hours before the competing brides.
"All the brides went off to the aircraft hanger and we were kept back at the hotel before making our way to the hanger where we were wined and dined – mostly on pizza. Then they lined us up and gave us the winning name, and mine came up. But I couldn't see Natalie for about three more hours.
"I'm glad it's all out now," said Andrew. "We signed a contract to say we couldn't say anything until the show went out on TV. But over the last week or so we've had so many friends asking us if we'd won, it was hard to keep it quiet."
The show wasn't without its drama, when one of the brides, Roseanne, was asked to sign up to a prenuptual agreement. When she refused, the wedding was called off – making it Three Weddings rather than four.
