IN your article 'Hospice Concern Over Wind Turbine' (14 June) you published a misleading statement relating to the Wind Turbine appeal, which you incorrectly attributed to the council's Barrister.
It was totally incorrect to state that the Council's Barrister Peter Wadsley was giving evidence in favour of the development. He is acting for the Council in opposing the scheme!
The quotation should have been attributed to the appellant's landscape consultant Mr Andrew Cook who was outlining, in his view, the limited impact of the development and the commercial benefits of the scheme.
We hope you will be able to correct this matter so your readers are given an accurate report of these proceedings which they quite rightly expect to read in your newspaper.
