Caldicot are just a point off the top of the fledgling Division 4 East table after  following up last week's win at Hafodyrynys with a hard-fought 15-12 victory at home to Ynysddu.

Chepstow were unable to repeat last week's success against Monmouth as they lost 41-23 at New Tredegar.

Caldicot travel to Blaenavon on Saturday while Chepstow await the visit of Cwmbran.
