SOME 200 runners hit the heights in the Kymin Dash today, organised by Spirit of Monmouth Running Club

The Round House overlooking the town is the highest point in the seven-mile race after an exhausting opening climb up the hill.

And some needed a breather before continuing down through the woods to the Biblins and back along the riverside trail to the finish at Monmouth School Sports Centre.
